Clean, basic accommodation. Not a star-rated hotel, but value for money. Good bar J's place round corner. Mini-C and 7/11 closeby.

Hotel foyer very smart, and probably undergoing bedroom refurbishment. Shower/wc very old. Give them time.

I didn't try for breakfast so I have no idea for that, location is great, have smart tv in room so we can wathcing netfliex or youtube

I would had preferred to be pick-up in the airport - Paid service of course. This could be booked together with my hotel stay. I am a Thai citizens by live in Denmark and are visiting my family in Thailand. Both in Bangkok and in Si Sa Ket.

nice breakfast with thai and european food. Close to skytrain and metro stations. Food courts nearby with lots of options for dinner. Friendly staff.

Not much. The hotel and rooms are fairly simple and not especially luxurious, but this is expected at the price.

Hotel address on google map isn't right

1. The bed and pillows are very good and comfortable. I could sleep well with it. 2. The facilities in the room are beyond my expectation. The lamps look luxurious and the wall also looks match with the lamps. 3. The tv has a big screen. 4. The table for writing and planning things looks nice and big. 5. The bins are bigger than other rooms I stayed in other resorts/hotels. 6. They also have their own kitchen here that sells very cheap food from 09.00-21.00. You can choose to order one or more dishes in the 10 lists of menus for 50 Baht/dish with a lot amount of food. People who don't stay at the hotel can also order it. It's called Tha Pra kitchen.

1. There is no noise cancellation in the room. Since the room is very close to the road, so you can hear the noise from cars all day all night. Even though I'm used to with living in Bangkok and hearing the noise from the cars, but it's not pleasant to keep hearing it all the time. I also heard the sound of people talking sometimes but that was only short time, so I had no problem. I thought the room had noise cancellation when I booked it but apparently it doesn't. 2. One night when I was trying to sleep, there was a staff or someone was doing something in the building on my floor at 4 am! That was very annoying, especially when I was trying to sleep. 3. The day after I checked in, the staff told me that there will be an electrician coming to check a WiFi router at about 9 am! That is still so early for me. I don't know why they let the electrician come so early in the morning and cannot come in the afternoon. 4. I booked the room with booking.com but booking directly with the hotel is cheaper. The staff didn't ask me at all if I want to change to book directly with the hotel (since it is not prepaid), some staff at another hotel asked me that (but yes, not every hotel asks that). 5. They should put the information on booking.com that there is a key card deposit for 500 Baht and you must pay it in cash. Luckily I had 500 cash at that moment.

Road touch and nearby to Bang Na bts...Local transport and city bus comes every 5 minutes if you are familiar with Bangkok...There is evening food market(Soi 42) 10 minutes distance to buy fresh vegetables and salad... Home cooked Thai traditional food is available in this market...cheap and delicious...Back side of the hotel is very quiet

Bathroom doors not getting close properly.

Bed by BST has become a home from home for me as have stayed there 3x at least.

There's still a language problem but one manages to communicate ones' needs in the end

By far the worst hotel I have ever been to. The staff were extremely rude and refused to accommodate for anything. The showers were cold. The bed was uncomfortable. There was nothing positive about the hotel. There was absolutely nothing surrounding the hotel.

horrible location, all the staff were rude, never smile, never say one word! I've stayed in bad hotels before but the staff is normally good, nice and friendly and when is like this you forget how bad the hotel is.. this one?! Nothing in good, I will always remember my holidays in Bangkok as a place with rude people!

Breakfast is ok.

I have deluxe room but No room service. No one come to change towers or empty trash can everyday. I suppose to stay there for over 12 nights. We were there for two night. We change hotel to get better service( ibis hotel). No water hearted. We took shower with cool water. No refundable. U stayed or leave up to u. It is good deal cheap but I guess " u get whatever u pay for it"

Very nice and helpful stuff! The breakfast was good but a bit more like a lunch.

It was great rest there. Very friendly personal. There was room with all stuff for life, a little water bar in a room. excellent breakfasts. Subway is near.

The room was just repainted, gives the new looking. The room is clean.

First, when you come to the hotel, you can't be sure whether this is the hotel you booked or you come to the right place. In your booking, the name is "Bed by BST". Google Maps said that it is "Bed by BTS". The sign in front of the hotel is "Bed by Tha-Pra APT". Entering into the room, lots of things are broken. Bathroom door lock is broken. Can't even keep the door closed at night. Warm water is not warm at all. Air cond has not been maintained. The filter is clogged up. There is very light wind although with the maximum fan speed. I booked a big room with a sofa bed because I have kids with me. But it is not sofa bed. It is just a cheap and small sofa. Can't lay down on it. The worst is the bed. It is old and already broken. I feel like I was sleeping on the steel rods and nails.
